This is kinda old, but TVNZB has been down for a bit now. I’m not really sure if this site will return, but it was amazing for automatically grabbing my Shows so I can remain extremely lazy. Here are a couple things that might help in the meantime.
Nzbs(DOT)org – Another decent NZB site for RSS Feeds
Sickbeard – Integrates with SabNZBd to PVR your Shows
This should get things back up and running so you can PVR the Internet again 
So I tried to restore my phone to 3.1.3 to mess with the Spirit Jailbreak and when restoring I got stuck in a Error 29 Boot Cycle. DO NOT RESTORE TO 3.1.3 IF YOU TEND TO UNLOCK YOUR IPHONE. Hopefully the following helps you.

Mac Instructions:
1. Download iRecovery
2. Place both files on the Desktop
3. Open terminal and type ‘cd ~/Desktop’
4. Run command ‘chmod 777 libusb-0.1.4.dylib’
5. Run command ‘chmod 777 iRecovery’
6. Run command ‘defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE’
7. Run command ‘killall Finder’
8. Navigate Macintosh HD > usr > local > lib
9. Copy the file libusb-0.1.4.dylib into that folder
10. Open a new terminal
11. Drag-and-drop the iRecovery file into the Terminal so that you get a shortcut to it.
12. Append ‘-s’ to the end.
13. Type: “printenv”
14. Look for this variable in the list: “auto-boot”. Most likely, yours will be set to false (hence your problem).
15. If “auto-boot” is set to “false” or isn’t present at all, follow the rest of this guide. If it’s set to true, try restarting your iPhone/iTouch by holding home and power for 10 seconds.
16. Type this: “setenv auto-boot true”.
17. Type: “saveenv”.
18. Type: “reboot”.
PC Instructions:
1. Install libusb.
Right click on this file. Select Properties | Compatibility Click the “Run this program in compatibility mode” box and select “Windows XP (Service Pack2)” from the drop down list.
Right click again and select “Run as “Administrator”. Follow the installation instructions. Running the test program list the usb devices plugged into my computer – but not my new device.
2. Start iRecovery in Terminal / Console with iRecovery -s
3. Execute the following commands:
setenv auto-boot true
saveenv
reboot
I hope this helps, I believe the error 29 is due to the baseband not being updated properly. So here is my fix:
1. Download the 3.1.2 FW from Here
2. Go Here to add a line to your Hosts file
3. Shift + Restore to FW 3.1.2 in Itunes and F*** 3.1.3 cause it won’t update properly.
4. Wait for FW 3.2 or 4.0

Just an update because I have been slacking off lately. New FW, New IPhone, and the IPad are all coming up if not out all ready. From what I can tell the IPad 3G and IPhone 3GS are ready to go with untethered jailbreaks.

As you may have heard, or read in my Social Feed (Which is my lazy way of updating the Website). Simplify Media, which allows you to stream your music collection from home to your IPhone is going to be no longer. Since this I have been looking for alternatives in the App Store. Here are a couple, and if you have any more suggestions, please leave a comment.
Subsonic Music Streamer (Plus IPhone App “Isub Music Streamer”)
Orb (Plus IPhone App “Orb Media”)
Currently I am using Orb because it allows me to share all my media, plus it’s a UPNP server that works perfectly with PS3 and XboX.
Try Managing your IPhone or IPod with this instead, looks kinda cool.
Just a heads up that the 360 LT FW was updated for Benq and Liteon Drives, this also means there is an update to Jungle Flasher.
